MYBA Post-Season Survey

Hello Parents,

We wanted to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support of Morton Youth Baseball this past season! Thank you so much!

We are committed to providing a top-notch program for your children and are always looking for ways to improve. To help us achieve this goal, we kindly request that you take a few minutes to complete the following survey with open, honest feedback. Your feedback is invaluable and will help us shape future seasons.

IMPORTANT - Please note that if you wish for your responses to remain ANONYMOUS, you must ensure you are NOT logged into Crossbar with your account when filling out the survey. To verify, you will see "Account" in the top left corner of the desktop version if you are logged in and you will see "Log In" if you are not. To log out, click on "Account" and go down and select "Log Out." Then you may proceed to the survey link and fill it out anonymously. For the mobile version, click on the 3 lines button and you will see "Log In" if you are NOT signed in. You will see "Account" if you ARE signed in.

Volunteer numbers are way down in recent years, and we need people to help run this program. We are looking for ways to influence more families to get involved from the rec league and travel programs.
Only our travel program has eligibility requirements.
MYBA operates solely on volunteers. We are currently in need of new board members. If you are interested, please reach out to any current board member or send an email to MYBA and we will be happy to discuss options available and how to get started. Thank you in advance for your help!
